COVID-19 INFORMATION

For all ticketed events, please note the following updated policies:

Starting October 4th, prior to entry into Warner Theatre, ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose). Proof must be a PRINTED copy of a negative test result or vaccination, or the original vaccination card.

In accordance with local guidelines: Until further notice, masks are required to be worn at all times for attendees, regardless of vaccination status, except while actively eating or drinking.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")
What are your box office hours?

To protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office will be open on the day-of-show only (two hours prior to doors opening). If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at livenation.com/. If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us livenation.com/refund for more information. How do I buy tickets?

To purchase tickets for events at the Warner Theatre you have several options:

Stop by our theatre box office located at: 13th Street, between E & F Streets, NW. 

The box office accepts cash, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for Warner Theatre events.

Call Ticketmaster to charge your tickets by phone: 800-551-7328 Charge online at www.ticketmaster.com

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.


Can I buy tickets to shows at other venues at the Warner Theatre box office?

No. Tickets are available only for shows at the Warner Theatre. To purchase tickets for other venues, please visit Live Nation online at www.livenation.com, Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or call 800-551-7328.

Where should I park at the Warner Theatre?

“There is one garage attached to Warner Theatre operated by SP Corporation with an entrance on 12th St. between E and F Streets NW. Additional parking is available at numerous garages in the vicinity of the theatre. Warner Theatre does not own or operate any of the parking garages and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left in the garages.”

Do I have to pay for my child if they can sit on my lap?

Yes. All patrons are required to have a ticket, regardless of age. In addition, unless the show is appropriate for your child's age, we ask that children under five not attend performance.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at Warner Theatre, though some performers permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.

How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with a performer?

Requests for media credentials should be handled through an artist's management company. Warner Theatre is not responsible for scheduling interviews or arranging for photo passes as we do not represent the band.

How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?

Artists typically will not be able to accommodate specific requests, out of fairness to all fans. Please do not contact Warner Theatre with this type of request.

I know the show is sold out, but I really, really want to come. What can I do?
+

All patrons must have a ticket to attend a show at Warner Theatre. Our capacity is set by the District of Columbia based on local adaptation of the local fire code and local building code and we cannot allow additional patrons to attend. Can I smoke inside Warner Theatre?

This is a smoke free facility. There is a smoking section accessible through the lower lobby that is outside.


Is Warner Theatre handicap/ADA accessible?

Guests with special needs can call the box office at 202-783-4000 to make us aware of the show and date that assistance will be needed. On the show day, please make our door or security staff aware of your needs and we will assist you in any way we can.


Can I purchase unclaimed tickets from Will Call?

No - we cannot sell you someone else's tickets

Is the Warner Theatre metro accessible?
+

The Warner Theatre is located on the Red, Blue, and Orange Line trains via the Metro Center Station. You may also take advantage of $20 off your first Uber ride using promo code WARNERDC15, or reserve a parking spot in advance using ParkWhiz.

Where do I pick up my Will Call tickets?
+

Will Call tickets can be picked up from Warner Theatre box office, located at the entrance of the building on 513 13th St. NW.


What do I need to bring to pickup my Will Call tickets?

Please be sure to bring a photo ID and your Ticketmaster confirmation with you to the box office. The name on the ID must match the name on your Ticketmaster order.

Can I purchase alcohol at Warner Theatre?

Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from our full service bars inside the theatre. All patrons who wish to drink must furnish a photo ID for age verification.

Do you have a lost and found?
+

Click here to file a claim for a lost item, and you will receive an email when the item is found.

Does the Warner Theatre offer venue tours?

Warner Theatre does not currently offer scheduled tours, however, special requests may be accommodated. Please contact warneradmin@livenation.com for all inquiries.
